We are a smaller company when it comes to “in-house” employees. This in turn keeps the overhead costs very low and enables us to offer a competitive price in today’s market. We have a solid team of amazingly talented tradesmen and project managers that have been working with us for years to accomplish our projects.

Our projects typically range from $100,000 – $5,000,000+. We generally don’t take on projects less than $50,000.
| WHAT AREAS DO WE WORK IN? |
Most of our work is based in and around Somerville and Boston.
| CAN I GET A PROJECT PRICE WITHOUT CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS? |
We will need a set of construction drawings to provide final pricing for your project. However, we offer Design-Build and Pre-Construction services and can take your project from concept through final inspection and C.O.
