Our Company Velney Construction
Josu’e Velney is the founder and lead construction manager for Velney Construction. He served five years in the Marines. During that time, he was deployed three times. After returning home, Josu’e served his community as a firefighter and lieutenant for twelve years.
Today Josu’e is a full-time contractor and Developer. Josu’e holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Construction Management.
Jennifer Camacho was born in Puerto Rico where her passion for real estate started while working on the family farm. She moved to the United States when she was young and finished her high school education. With hard work and dedication, she was able to purchase her first home in 2011 and gained a stronger interest for real estate and interior design. Jennifer’s goals are to grow her real estate portfolio and continue to learn the many aspects of real estate sales, management and development. Jennifer specializes in accounting, property management and paralegal work.
She always demonstrates enthusiasm to learn and help out as much as she possibly can. Jennifer loves music, beaches, traveling and spending time with her family. As our newest member to the team she’s looking forward to her future growth as well as helping Winter Hill Homes reach their highest potential.

Velney Construction is a federal-certified construction Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), State certified Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
We take pride in our construction capabilities. Our construction capabilities come from years of experience in the field and education. We can build ground up construction projects anywhere from 2 units, up to 30 units. We also have the ability to bid and win government construction contracts.
